TMB Joins the Fifosys Group

TMB is delighted to announce that we have formally been acquired by the Fifosys Group, which will support us in taking TMB to the next level.

We have provided companies with professional IT support and services for over 30 years, working with organisations in various sectors, including education, construction, and finance. We're also one of the nation's leading suppliers of Pegasus Software solutions, such as Opera 3, Opera 3 SQL SE, XRL and Capital Gold, aiming to offer reliability, speed and robust cyber security – and friendly, approachable support. 

We're keen to stress that existing TMB clients should expect business as usual with no interruptions as the TMB and Fifosys teams work together, with Tina Verney and Richard Shuker helping support the transition.

At Fifosys, we're in the somewhat unique position of being a founder-led company driven by three things: our people, our technology, and our overarching commitment to never standing still. 

Welcoming TMB into our family further enhances our service offerings and solidifies our position in the IT industry. It also offers us enhanced coverage in the southeast of England.

TMB marks our third acquisition in the last five years - and the second outside of London after buying Enforce Technology in 2021. The move takes us to a combined client base of over 400, with an expected annual turnover of over £10m, marking the start of a significant new chapter for Fifosys.
