We are recruiting for the position of 3rd Line Technical Services Engineer to join our Level 3 Support Team. We have offices in Wimbledon (London), Havant (Hampshire) and Colchester (Essex), which enables us to support over 100 clients across the Southeast of England and this role would be based out of the Colchester Office.
The successful candidate will provide a wide variety of IT Support services to our customers predominantly focussed on Microsoft, VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, Cisco, and SonicWall technologies. You will also be required to assist our IT Helpdesk Engineers as a point of escalation.
To be considered for this role you are likely to have experience in an IT reseller / solution provider environment and be comfortable with interacting with business customers at all levels. This position requires an organised, resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated person who has good communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure, both alone and as part of a team. Previous Microsoft certification achievements would also be required.
Our Level 3 Team responsibilities also include project planning, management, and implementation as well as issue resolution & consultancy services as required. Relevant experience is desirable.
We invest in our team's development, Training materials and exams costs are provided to gain Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Citrix and SonicWall certifications.
